Before any device ships, it goes through hands-on testing by our in-house technicians. We carefully inspect performance, internal components, ports, battery condition, and overall functionality to make sure it’s ready to use right out of the box.

Some products may be marked as scratch & dent or noted for minor cosmetic wear. That simply reflects signs of prior use—nothing that impacts how the device runs or performs.

And if your order shows up and something doesn’t seem right?

You can contact us directly and you’ll be helped by a real person, not a script. If there’s ever an issue we can’t resolve quickly, we’ll take care of it with a replacement or a refund. No runaround.
