While many competitors only offer 30-day partial warranty coverage on their products, Softnetworks recognizes that your IT equipment is essential to your enterprise and deserves powerful warranty coverage. That’s why we back all of our certified pre-owned products with an industry-leading warranty policy that covers them for one full year.
Here's a brief Warranty Overview
Your certified pre-owned product will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for one year.
We will repair your product, provide free advanced replacement, or credit your account if you have a problem with any product under warranty.
Software products, Key Codes, Voice Mails, batteries, headsets, licenses and Extended Warranty agreements, Service Agreements, or Special Order items are not eligible for warranty or return.
Products that are under warranty, and non-defective products; must be received by Softnetworks within 30 days of an issued RMA.

Softnetworks Standard 1-Year Warranty Policy -
Subject to the set forth below, Softnetworks warrants to the original purchaser that its Certified Pre-Owned products and selected new products will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date the product is shipped by Softnetworks to the customer.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, reasonable use of the product during the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply:
to normal wear and tear;
if the product has been mistreated or mishandled;
if the product has been improperly installed or configured;
if the product has been subject to an accident;
if the product has been subject to lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage, or any other forms of electrical stress;
if the product has been modified in any way.
If a product covered by this warranty is claimed to be defective, the customer must follow the warranty return policy. Upon receipt of returned products, Softnetworks, at its sole discretion, will either choose to repair the product, replace the product, or issue a credit to the customer’s account. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product shall terminate on the termination date of the original warranty period for the defective product.
